Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Based on Simultaneous Treatment of Lung and Kidney
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a common and difficult disease in the respiratory system.Its etiology is varied and its pathogenesis is complex.This paper expounds the relationship between lung and kidney from the aspects of physiology and pa-thology,and thinks that lung and kidney deficiency is its fundamental cause and runs through the disease.Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and modern clinical thinking,this paper discusses the principle of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis caused by lung-kidney co-treatment,and puts forward the treatment idea of lung-kidney co-treatment to guide clin-ical diagnosis and treatment.
