目的 采用数据挖掘技术探讨针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病的选穴规律。方法 检索近30年(1993年1月1日-2023年7月1日)中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(万方数据)和英文数据库PubMed、Web of Sci-ence收录的关于针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床研究文献。对文献中使用的腧穴进行描述性分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果 共纳入137篇文献，75个腧穴，使用频次最高的是百会，常选用经脉为督脉，常用穴部位多分布头面部，腧穴关联性最强的是百会-四神聪。结论 针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病的选穴遵循醒脑调神，益肾填髓的治疗原则，主穴为百会、四神聪、足三里，配穴多以补益脾胃、培元固本、健脑益智为主。
Exploration on Acupoint Selection Rule of Acupuncture in Treatment of Alzheimers Disease Based on Data Mining
Objective To explore the selection rule of acupuncture points for Alzheimer's disease using data mining technology.Methods Clinical research literature on acupuncture for Alzheimer's disease included in the Chinese Journal Full Text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(Wanfang Data)and English databases PubMed and Web of Science were searched in the past thirty years(from 1 January 1993 to 1 July 2023).Descriptive analyses,association rule analyses and clus-ter analyses were performed on the acupoints used in the literature.Results A total of 137 literature was included,involving 75 acupoints,the highest frequency was Baihui,the frequency of the selection of the Governor Vessel was high,The commonly used acupoints are mostly distributed in the head and face,and the strongest association of the acupoints was Baihui plus Sishencong.Conclusion The selection of acupuncture points for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease follows the treatment principle of awaken-ing the brain and regulating the mind,benefiting the kidney and filling the marrow,and the main acupoints are Baihui,Sishen-cong,Zusanli,with acupoints mostly to nourish the spleen and stomach,cultivating the body's foundation,brain and intelli-gence.
