Application of Syndrome Differentiation Model of Restraint of Five Zang Organs in Chronic Cough
Chronic cough is a common disease in respiratory clinic, and its etiology is complex. The dialectical mode of re-straint of five zang organs is a new mode of giving consideration to the functions of the five zang organs and diagnosing and trea-ting diseases. Its establishment is based on the theory of five movements and six Qi,combined with the influence of patients'birth, onset and luck characteristics during diagnosis and treatment on the rise and fall of the viscera,so as to provide clinical guidance. This paper expounds the pathogenesis of chronic cough through the relationship between the five internal organs of health, resistance and recovery. In the process of the occurrence and development of chronic cough, because the balance of the five internal organs of health restraint is disturbed,it can not achieve self-regulation,the invincible heart fire is multiplied, the invincible liver fire is insulted, the son of lung gold is lack of water biochemistry, and the mother of lung gold is lack of biochem-istry of spleen soil,so the disease of chronic cough is located in the lung, which is related to the heart, liver, spleen and kidney.Through the combination with the traditional dialectical mode, the dialectical mode of the five zang organs'birth restraint can re-store the balance between the five zang organs as a whole and prevent the occurrence of such phenomena as the abuse between the Zang organs.Through a case study, this paper makes a specific introduction to the method of treating chronic cough by using the dialectical model of restraint of five zang organs.
