Advances in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Research on Peritoneal Dialysis Complicated with Cardiovascular Diseases
Chronic kidney disease refers to the structural and functional disorder of the chronic kidney caused by various cau-ses,when it progresses to end-stage renal disease,some patients choose peritoneal dialysis,but a large number of patients die due to cardiovascular disease.In recent years,modern medical studies have found that serum FGF23 and minerals are associated with bone diseases,osteoproteectin and other indicators and cardiovascular events in peritoneal dialysis patients.From the per-spective of traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that this disease is based on spleen and kidney deficiency,and phlegm,dampness,turbidity and poison are the standard,and good curative effects have been achieved in the use of traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy,Chinese patent medicine and Chinese medicine decoction.In summary,this article will elaborate on the research and treatment progress of diseases from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine,aiming to provide new ideas and new methods for the early diagnosis and clinical treatment of patients with peritoneal dialysis complicated with car-diovascular complications.
