Traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases has been a unique advan-tage,clinical application of the"heart,spleen and mother of the same treatment","heart small intestine"and other traditional Chinese medicine theory in the treatment of chest obstruction.In recent years,many researchers have found that intestinal flora and its metabolites can participate in and affect the course of cardiovascular diseases through various mechanisms.According to the characteristics of intestinal flora,it is similar to"spleen"and"small intestine"in traditional Chinese medicine to a large ex-tent.Because"heart,spleen and small intestine"interact and serve each other,based on this"heart-spleen-intestinal axis"theory,this paper discusses the correlation between intestinal flora and coronary heart disease,so as to enrich and improve the TCM diagnosis and treatment plan for preventing and treating chest obstruction.
