Bibliometric Study of Opioid Induced Constipation based on CNKI
Objective To understand the research hotspot and development trend of opioid-induced constipation.Method-s Chinese literatures about opioid-induced constipation in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from 2010 to 2021 were collected and analysed by VOSviewer and CiteSpace. Results A total of 364 Chinese literature was included, the annual vol-ume of articles showed an upward trend and slightly decreased in 2021.Keywords analysis shows that domestic research in this field mainly focused on traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment, clinical observation, efficacy, progress and nursing. Keywords emergence analysis found that acupuncture was the main research focus in 2011-2016,and Shenque acupoint was the research hotspot from 2017 to 2021.Conclusion Based on the meridian flow theory, the application of traditional Chinese medi-cine at Shenque to prevent and treat opioid-induced constipation may become the research direction in the future. The interven-tion and basic research of western medicine are relatively few. With the deepening of research,we should give full play to the ad-vantages of the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine, pay attention to innovation, strengthen communication and cooperation from multi-dimensions,and provide theoretical and technical support for this field.
