Recent Treatment of Sepsis by Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis
This article mainly discusses the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sepsis,especially the ap-plication of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The article provides an overview of the tradition-al Chinese medicine pathogenesis of sepsis,describes the modern pharmacological research of the method of promoting blood cir-culation and removing stasis,and its clinical application in the treatment of sepsis.As mentioned in the article,there is currently no specific treatment for sepsis in western medicine,while the traditional Chinese medicine method of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis has the advantages of multi-target,multi-component,multi link,and overall regulation,which can pre-vent further damage to organ function caused by abnormal inflammation coagulation network.Multiple studies have shown that the method of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis can improve the coagulation function of patients,reduce inflammatory reactions,protect endothelial function,and even reduce the occurrence of complications,thereby improving survival rates.
