To Explore the Pathogenesis of Obesity in Chinese Medicine from the Theory of"Xing,Qi,And Shen"
"The Trinity of Xing,Qi,and Shen"is one of the core concepts of the classical theory of Chinese medicine,and its pathological changes are closely related to the pathogenesis of obesity,the article mainly through the analysis of the theory of"Xing,Qi,and Shen",and the pathogenesis of obesity is discussed.From the"Xing"point of view analysis,that obesity is heat,phlegm,dampness,stasis and other tangible evil stagnation in the body,is the intrinsic factor in the occurrence of obesity;From the"Qi"point of view analysis,that the qi elevation disorder is the central link of obesity;From the"Shen"point of view analysis,the theory of the five organs of shen that the abnormalities of the spirit and emotions can lead to the five organs of the disorders of qi and blood,traditional Chinese medicine believes that the cause of obesity is mainly associated with innate en-dowment,dietary indiscretion,overfeeding of fat,sweet,thick,greasy and emotionally imbalanced factors,etc.,and,there-fore,believe that the liver,spleen,kidney,the three organs of the God of the abnormalities of the occurrence of obesity of the root.The formation of obesity is the result of the dynamic development of form,qi and shen interacting with each other.Based on the theory of"xing,qi and shen",the article elaborates on the pathogenesis of obesity from three aspects,namely,the change of xing-turbid qi stagnation,the loss of qi-lifting and lowering disorder,and the difference of shen-dirty disorder and loss of shen.The three aspects of the pathogenesis of obesity are elaborated in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of obesity.
