Clinical Study on the Treatment of Shoulder and Hand Syndrome after Stroke with Characteristic Acupuncture Manipulation
Through a systematic review of the literature in the past 10 years,a large number of research literatures clearly point out that shoulder-hand syndrome is one of the most common complications in patients with hemiplegia after stroke,and the impact of this complication on patients cannot be ignored.In clinical practice,rehabilitation training methods combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine are usually adopted.In this paper,the characteristic acupuncture techniques for the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome were reviewed,aiming to observe their clinical effects,analyze their advantages and disadvantages in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome,and explore the mechanism of action of the characteristic acupuncture.These studies will provide a more objective scientific basis for the application of characteristic acupuncture techniques in the sequelae of stroke,and promote deeper and broader level of exploration.
