To Explore the Cognitive Dysfunction of Diabetes Mellitus Based on the Theory of Spleen Transport Balance
With the increasing prevalence of diabetes in Chinese population,cognitive impairment of diabetes as a chronic complication of diabetes has received more and more attention."Spleen operation and transfusion balance"is the key pathogene-sis of the treatment of type 2 diabetes from the spleen.Spleen deficiency is the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.Spleen deficiency is unable to transport the essence of water and grain,metabolic disorders of carbohydrates,lipids,proteins,water and liquid,re-sulting in brain and body dystrophy,accumulation of sputum and blood turbidity over time,body balance is broken,and cogni-tive dysfunction occurs in diabetic patients.This paper discusses the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic cognitive dysfunction based on the theory of"spleen operation and transfusion balance",and discusses the scientific nature of the theory combined with the study of modern pathological mechanism of diabetic cognitive dysfunction,in order to provide more scientific and complete theoretical support for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic cognitive dysfunction.
