Visual analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for chronic renal failure in the past decade based on CiteSpace
Objective To collect literature related to the treatment of chronic renal failure with Chinese medicine,to discuss the development trend and research hotspots in this field,and to provide ideas for further research.Methods The Chinese litera-ture related to Chinese medicine for chronic renal failure published on CNKI from January 1,2011 to December 31,2021 was searched.The study used scientometrics tools——CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software used to visualize and analyze the core authors,in-stitutions and keywords,and to draw a network map of author and institution cooperation,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,emergence and temporal mapping,and to The development trend and research hotspots of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure were analysed.Result A total of 1727 articles were included in the results,and the authors collaborated.The network graph consists of 437 nodes and 385 connections,forming a research team led by Wang Yiping,Zhang Lei,Jinhua,He Liqun,Sun Wei,and others.Hot topics.The key words include Traditional Chinese Medicine,Clinical Research,Medication Rules,Clinical Efficacy,Qingshen Granules,Renal Failure,Early and Middle Stage,Edema,Clinical Observation,Chinese Herbal Enema,Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment,Colonic Disease Dialysis,urea nitrogen,traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and traditional Chinese medicine have formed a total of 15 clusters.Research frontiers include theoretical and clinical studies on the treatment of chronic kidney failure with traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion The research field of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney failure has developed well,but there are still shortcomings.Academic ex-changes between research authors and institutions need to be strengthened.At present,research.The research hotspots mainly fo-cus on Bai Ling Capsule,virtual labor,and data mining,providing reliable basis for the future.
