With the change of lifestyle,the incidence of coronary heart disease and depression is increasing year by year,and the number of patients with coronary heart disease and depression is also increasing year by year.In traditional Chinese medi-cine,coronary heart disease belongs to the category of chest impediment,depression belongs to the category of Zangzao and Baihe disease,both of which belong to"heart"of the five Zang-organs.NLRP3 is a downstream protein evolved from the pattern rec-ognition receptor family,which forms the NLRP3 inflammasome and releases caspase-1,interleukin-1 β(IL-1 β)and interleu-kin-18(IL-18)after maturation.NLRP3 inflammasome and its downstream inflammatory factors participate in many inflamma-tory reactions and can cause many inflammatory diseases such as diabetes and arthritis.In bicardiac diseases,NLRP3 inflamma-torome plays an important role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease and depression,which is consistent with the dual use of"heart governing spirit and spirit"and"heart governing blood"in traditional Chinese medicine.At the same time,in the course of the treatment of double heart diseases,traditional Chinese medicine has a clear effect on the NLRP3 inflammatory body and its downstream inflammatory factors.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of NLRP3 inflammatorome on the pathogenesis and treatment of bicardiac diseases,and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of bicardiac diseases and the improvement and development of bicardiac medicine.
