This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor KUANG Jilin in the treatment of recurrent implantation failure(RIF)by using the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Professor KUANG Jilin believes that the occurrence of RIF is closely related to the abnormal endometrial receptivity and the imbalance of pelvic microenvironment.The basic cause of RIF in traditional Chinese medicine is the disharmony of Qi and blood.Furthermore,RIF patients often have a long-lasting course of disease,so that the damage enters the collaterals and dissipates blood stasis and then causes the disease.Modern research has also confirmed that prethrombotic state,immune abnormalities and abnormal endometrial receptivity are im-portant factors affecting the success rate of transplantation,and these factors echo the concept of blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor KUANG Jilin treats RIF with the general method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,in-cluding tonifying kidney-promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat-promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and eliminating the mass.The clinical treatment of RIF patients has satisfactory results and is worthy of application and promotion.
