Upper airway cough syndrome(UACS)is one of the main causes of chronic cough in children.Western medicine treats this disease in a single way and has a high recurrence rate.Combined with children's physique,feeding characteristics,mor-bidity and clinical manifestations,TCM has found that the morbidity of children is closely related to"phlegm evil".In clinical di-agnosis and treatment,"phlegm"treatment of this disease has better curative effect and the advantages of low recurrence rate and few adverse reactions.
