Research Progress on Regulation of Liver Related Signaling Pathways by Zhuanggan Zhuyu Decoction(壮肝逐瘀煎)
Zhuanggan Zhuyu Decoction(壮肝逐瘀煎)is a commonly used prescription for the treatment of liver-related diseases in Guangxi,and has been widely used in the treatment of liver fibrosis,cirrhosis and liver cancer in recent years.Through the analysis and summary of the detection indicators and results of the signaling pathway research,it is found that there is a diversified and multi-angle research trend in the signaling pathway,and the current research mainly focuses on transforming growth factor-β1/Smads.Among the 25 literature studies,24 articles explicitly mentioned that Zhuanggan Zhuyu Decoction had obvious anti-liver fibrosis or even reverse liver fibrosis,which provided an important theoretical basis and scientific basis for fur-ther expanding clinical use.
