Recurrent miscarriage is one of the common pregnancy complications with complex etiology,which has attracted extensive clinical attention.Modern medical research has shown that recurrent miscarriage is correlated with insulin resistance,and the treatment of insulin resistance can help to reduce the incidence of spontaneous abortion;modern medicine improves the success rate of pregnancy through early intervention,and traditional Chinese medicine also receives good therapeutic effects through the identification of the evidence and the treatment and the combination of modern medicine;therefore,this article will review the progress of the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent miscarriage and insulin resistance in recent years in both Chinese and Western medicine,with the aim of more evidence-based basis.
