目的 通过文献计量分析,全面总结中药在骨质疏松症治疗中的研究现状及应用,为今后的研究提供新的方向和建议.方法 检索Web of Science Core Collection数据库中2002年至2022年间发表的与骨质疏松症中药治疗研究相关的出版物,并使用vosviewer、CiteSpace和R软件包"bibliometrix"三种工具进行了文献计量和可视化分析.结果 共有来自98个国家2928个机构的12470位作者在971个学术期刊上发表了 2533篇文章.大多数出版物来自中国和美国,中国在这一研究领域保持主导地位,中国科学院和广州中医药大学是最活跃的机构.作者闫春燕发表的论文最多,而作者张燕的共被引次数最多.民族药理学是出版最多、被共同引用最多的期刊.本研究以成骨细胞和破骨细胞为研究对象,发现"细胞凋亡""网络药理学""信号通路""分子对接""肠道菌群"是新兴研究热点的主要关键词.结论 中药具有广泛的药理活性和治疗作用.全面介绍中草药治疗骨质疏松的研究前沿和最值得关注的方向,为相关研究领域的学者提供有价值的见解.
Research and Trends in the Treatment of Osteoporosis with Chinese Herbal Medicine:Bibliometric Analysis
Objective Purpose Through bibliometric analysis,this paper summarizes the research status and application of tra-ditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis,and provides new directions and suggestions for future research.Meth-ods To search the Web of Science Core Collection database for publications related to research on TCM treatment of osteoporosis published between 2002 and 2022,Three tools,vosviewer,CiteSpace and R package bibliometrix,are used for bibliometric and visual analysis.Results A total of 12,470 authors from 2,928 institutions in 98 countries have published 2,533 articles in 971 ac-ademic journals.Most publications come from China and the United States,and China maintains a dominant position in this field of research,with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine being the most ac-tive institutions.The author Yan Chunyan has published the most papers,while the author Zhang Yan has the most co-citations.Ethnopharmacology is the most published and most co-cited journal.In this study,osteoblasts and osteoclasts were studied,and it was found that"apoptosis","network pharmacology","signaling pathway","molecular docking"and"intestinal flora"were the main keywords of emerging research hotspots.Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine has a wide range of pharmacological activities and therapeutic effects.This paper comprehensively introduces the research frontiers and most noteworthy directions of TCM treat-ment of osteoporosis,and provides valuable insights for scholars in related research fields.
