Relationship of miRNA,Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and Chronic Prostatitis
Chronic nonbacterial prostatitis(CNP)and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)are common diseases in men, therefore, the study of prostate disease pathogenesis has become a hot research topic in the academic world.MiRNAs,as a class of non-coding RNAs,are widely present in living organisms, and their regulatory roles in many human diseases have been ob-served;however,to date, the involvement of miRNAs in BPH and prostatitis is unclear and their specific mechanisms have not been fully explored in BPH and prostatitis. Therefore, further future studies on the involvement of miRNAs in the pathogenesis of BPH and prostatitis may provide important clues for understanding the disease and developing new potential therapeutic approa-ches.
