Chronic renal failure belongs to the categories of"edema","Guange"and"exhaustion"in traditional Chinese medicine.Due to its complicated pathogenesis and prolonged course,it increases the difficulty of clinical treatment.With the deepening of the study on the role of intestinal flora in the occurrence of diseases,based on the physiological characteristics of spleen and stomach,to interpret the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and guide the treatment from the perspective of intes-tinal treatment of kidney and spleen and stomach treatment of kidney has become a new direction of clinical research.From the perspective of intestinal flora,Through theoretical discussion and clinical practice,the author treated chronic renal failure from spleen and stomach based on intestinal flora,so as to improve clinical symptoms and maintain intestinal microecological balance and provide a new ideal for the treatment of chronic renal failure.
