Advances in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on JAK/STAT pathway
Acute cerebral infarction is a highly prevalent disease in China, characterized by complex pathogenesis involving multiple signaling pathways. The role of the JAK/STAT pathway in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction has garnered increasing attention.Traditional Chinese medicine has demonstrated unique advantages in treating cerebral infarction;however, its mecha-nism of action on this pathway remains incompletely elucidated. This paper systematically summarizes the JAK/STAT signaling pathway as a starting point and further consolidates effective components and related targets for ischemic stroke treatment using traditional Chinese medicine, aiming to provide novel ideas and approaches for traditional Chinese medicine-based management of ischemic stroke.
