Exploring the Diagnosis and Treatment of Non Obese Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome from the Liver Perspective Based on the Theory of"Excess Qi is Fire"
Non obese polycystic ovary syndrome is a common endocrine and metabolic disorder in women of childbearing age.This article is based on the theory that"excess qi is fire"to explore the use of liver regulating method in traditional Chinese medicine to treat non obese polycystic ovary syndrome.The main pathogenesis of this disease is liver qi stagnation,which can transform into fire over time,burn liver yin,and damage liver blood.The key to treatment is to soothe,clear,nourish,and sof-ten the liver,in order to achieve the goal of regulating the qi flow and promoting the smooth flow of liver qi and the balance of qi and blood.This article is based on traditional Chinese medicine and provides a brief analysis of the pathogenesis and clinical di-agnosis and treatment of non obese polycystic ovary syndrome in recent years,providing theoretical basis for further treatment.
