Advances in Traditional Chinese Medicine Research on Pulmonary Nodules
Pulmonary nodules are one of the more common diseases in the respiratory system,and the lung images often ap-pear as focal circular dense,ground-glass or mixed shadows of various sizes,clear or blurred edges,and no more than 3 cm in di-ameter.In recent years,with the continuous popularization of high-resolution CT and the continuous improvement of people's awareness of physical examination,the detection rate of pulmonary nodules has also increased,and the research on pulmonary nodules related to traditional Chinese and western medicine has also been deepened,providing important reference value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules.Modern medicine mainly formulates follow-up strategies for pulmonary nodules at different times according to the degree of nodule risk assessment,and biopsy or surgical resection if necessary.Com-pared with the non-intervention mode or the blind abuse of some antimicrobial drugs during the follow-up period,the participa-tion of traditional Chinese medicine provides a good way to intervene for pulmonary nodules,so this paper systematically summari-zes and sorts out the traditional Chinese medicine disease names,main causes and clinical theories of pulmonary nodules,and fur-ther summarizes and prospects for pulmonary nodules,so as to better play the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine inter-vention in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.
