With the progress of medical level,the survival rate of many patients with acute cardiovascular diseases has been improved,and the number of patients with heart failure has gradually increased.Diuretics are the cornerstone of the treatment of heart failure,but many patients with chronic heart failure are complicated with Diuretic Resistance(DR),and the five-year survival rate of patients with heart failure in class Ⅲ(NYHA classification)is only about 50％.Heart failure combined with diu-retic resistance has become a difficult problem in the field of cardiovascular in the 21st century.The theory of kidney dominant gasification of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays an important role in heart failure combined with diuretic resistance.Through the theory of five elements generation and restraint,the decoction and moxibustion at Guanyuan point are used to warm the heart Yang,tonify the kidney Yang and regain the function of kidney dominant gasification,so as to treat chronic heart failure combined with diuretic resistance.
