Research Progress on the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea with Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis by Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
Primary Dysmenorrhea(PD)is one of the most common female reproductive endocrine diseases,and its pathogen-esis is still unclear.Western medicine has a good immediate analgesic effect on primary dysmenorrhea,but the pain is easy to re-peat.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,which is mainly divided into kidney qi deficit,qi and blood weakness,qi stagnation and blood stasis,cold coagulation blood stasis and damp-heat accumula-tion,among which cold coagulation blood stasis type is more common.Therefore,the clinical use of traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat primary dysmenorrhea to effectively reduce the frequency of pain recurrence.In order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis,this article collates and analyzes the literature of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis in recent years.
