Research Progress on Compatibility Mechanism and Clinical Application of Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizome)and Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)
Drug pair is a relatively fixed combination of two drugs summarized in the long-term clinical practice of tradition-al Chinese medicine.Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizome)and Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)are commonly used by WANG Mianzhi,a National Chinese Medical Science Master.In this paper,the compatibility characteristics of this drug pair were systematically an-alyzed from chemical composition,pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics and other aspects.The application of network pharmacol-ogy and modern basic application research of Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizome)and Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)were summarized,hoping to further reveal the compatibility mechanism of Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizome)and Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex)and pro-vide reference for the innovation of new Chinese medicine,the understanding of drug properties,the compatibility of drug pairs and the clinical application research.
