The interdependence of the clear and turbid,and the orderly ascending and descending are the foundation for maintaining the function of the human innate immune system.Influenza virus(Ⅳ)infection rapidly induces the hosts innate im-mune response through various regulatory mechanisms,and excessⅣe inflammatory responses will lead to host immune pathogen-esis.This article discusses the influenza virus infection in three parts.First,the pathogenesis of Ⅳ,which involves the imbal-ance of the clear and turbid ascending and descending,the mutual disturbance of phlegm and stasis,and the immune damage in the patient's body.Second,the treatment methods,including the theoretical basis of regulating the ascending of the clear and de-scending of the turbid,and the mechanism of action of prescriptions such as Ganlu Xiaodu Dan and Shengjiang San.Third,mod-ern mechanism research,which reflects the multi-target regulation of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent Ⅳ.The aim is to provide ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of Ⅳ.
