In this paper,by exploring the previous discussion on heat syndrome of coronary heart disease and tracing the source,it clarified the theoretical system and research progress of heat syndrome of coronary heart disease in ancient and modern times and explored the potential mechanism of action.The heat syndrome of coronary heart disease is related to many factors such as emotion,diet,climate and basic diseases.The key is the internal invasion of heat evil,which is influenced by Qi,blood,Yin and Yang of the body,resulting in obstruction of heart vessels and chest obstruction.The syndrome characteristics of heat syn-drome of coronary heart disease are related to heat disturbance,Qi disorder and fluid injury,and then form the heat,yellow,red,thick,dry and dynamic syndrome characteristics.The treatment of coronary heart disease with heat syndrome is mostly based on clearing and dispersing,combined with regulating Qi and blood as well as deficiency and excess.The pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is related to various physiological and pathological reactions such as sympathetic nerve excitation,inflammatory re-sponse,oxidative stress and lipid metabolism.The pharmacological effects of therapeutic drugs are consistent with their mecha-nisms.Therefore,it has unique advantages to explore the diagnosis and treatment of heat syndrome of coronary heart disease from the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of traditional Chinese medicine.The traceability of its theory and the current clinical research can provide a theoretical framework and scientific basis for the treatment of heat syndrome of coronary heart dis-ease from heat,and provide ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease heat syndrome,so as to achieve clinical balance and combination of disease and syndrome.
