Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome
Coronary heart disease is a kind of cardiovascular diseases based on coronary atherosclerosis,and traditional Chi-nese medicine believes that the occurrence process of atherosclerosis is closely related to phlegm and blood stasis.Modern re-search shows that the classification of clinical TCM syndrome of coronary heart disease is phlegm and blood stasis,and the treat-ment of phlegm and blood stasis is the key to treatment.Therefore,modern medical research on coronary heart disease is explored through the theory of phlegm and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern biological understanding.Basic research is conducted from the aspects of blood lipids,hemorheology,homocysteine,inflammatory response,insulin resist-ance and differences in related gene expression.This provides clinical practice for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.From the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,it provides an objective research basis for TCM syndrome differentiation of coronary heart disease,and adds new theoret-ical basis and diagnosis and treatment ideas for its prevention and treatment.
