Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritation-Led Innovative Management Mode on Pain Degree of Postoperative Patients with Anorectal Diseases
Objective This study aims to explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine inheritation-led innovative man-agement model on the pain degree of postoperative patients with anorectal diseases. Methods A Sixty patients with anorectal dis-eases admitted to our hospital from March 2024 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and study group with 30 groups each by random number table method. The study group adopted innovative management mode intervention led by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance, and the control group adopted routine nursing intervention. The pain relief time, wound swelling relief time, wound healing time, hospital stay, comfort level and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. The pain degree of the two groups before intervention,1 d,3d an d 7 d after intervention was observed, and the sleep quality of the two groups before and after intervention was analyzed. Results The analgesic time, wound swelling re-lief time, wound healing time and hospital stay of the study group were less than those of the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in pain degree between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 d,3 d and 7 d after intervention, the pain degree of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The self-care ability, dressing pain, incision pain, urinary retention, defecation diffi-culty and fecal incontinence scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were signif-icant(P<0.05).The levels of EGF and VEGF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention, the sleep quality score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was sig-nificant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The innovative management mode led by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance can effectively alleviate the pain degree of postoperative patients with anorectal diseases, and promote the rehabilitation of patients, which can be promoted in clinical application.
