Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jingui Shenqi pill combined with Bufei decoction combined with respiratory training in the treatment of diaphragmatic dysfunction after stroke.Methods:Ninety-six cases were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups received routine respiratory training,and the observation group were additionally treated with Jingui Shenqi Pills combined with Bufei Decoction.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,airway resistance,respiratory pressure and airway peak pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The right diaphragm mobility,left diaphragm mobility,FVC,MVV,FEV1/FVC and MBI scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jingui Shenqi Pills and Bufei Decoction combined with respiratory training in the treatment of diaphragmatic dysfunction after stroke could improve diaphragmatic function,respiratory function and lung function.
