Objective:To observe the effect of Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with auxiliary training in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 113 cases were randomly divided into the control group(56 cases)and the observation group(57 cases).Both groups were given auxiliary training,and the observation group were treated with Huatan Tongluo Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,CSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and BI score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups decreased and the decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the CAPS-15 score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with auxiliary training is effective and safe in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia.
