Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbs combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of insomnia of phlegm and blood stasis type after stroke.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with oral administration of Chinese herbs combined with acupoint catgut embedding while the control group were treated with estazolam tablets.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Chinese herbs combined with acupoint catgut embedding is effective in treating insomnia of phlegm and blood stasis type after stroke.
