Objective:To observe the effect of Fuzhiqing Ointment combined with Fluticasone Propionate Cream in the treatment of Neurodermatitis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Both groups were treated with Fluticasone Propionate Cream,and the observation group were treated with Fuzhiqing Ointment.Results:The total effective rate was 86.67％in the observation group and 56.67％in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the itching degree,quality of life,skin lesion area and severity of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Fuzhiqing Ointment combined with Fluticasone Propionate Cream is effective in the treatment of neurodermatitis.
