Objective:To observe the effect of Jinlianhua granule combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with azithromycin,and the observation group were treated with Jinlianhua Granules.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of cough and sore throat in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the changes in the observation group were more significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jinlianhua Granule combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.
