Objective:o observe the effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach weakness.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into group A and group B,50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine quadruple therapy,and group B were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in group B was shorter than that in group A(P＜0.05).The pathological change score of gastrointestinal mucosa and the levels of NO and IL-6 in the two groups decreased and those in group B were lower than those in group A(P＜0.05).The levels of EGF in the two groups increased and those in group B were higher than those in group A(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction could shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal mucosa and improve the level of serum factors in the treatment of peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency.
