Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave therapy on shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke.Methods:Eighty-four cases were divided into the reference group and the study group,42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture,and the study group were treated with ultrashort wave therapy in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FMA and MBI scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,while the VAS and edema scores were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the latency of SEP N9,SEP N20 and SSR in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,while the amplitude of SEP N9,SEP N20 and SSR was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave therapy is effective in the treatment of SHS.
