Objective:To observe the effect of Long's bonesetting combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods:A total of 100 cases were divided into three groups. The transcranial magnetic stimulation group were treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation. The Long's bone-setting group were treated with Long's bone-setting manipulation. The combined treatment group were treated with Long's bone-setting combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation. Results:The scale scores of the three groups increased, and there was no significant difference in the scale scores between the transcranial magnetic stimulation group and the Long's bonesetting group(P>0.05).The scale score of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the transcranial magnetic stimulation group and the Long's bonesetting group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 70.00%in the transcranial magnetic stimulation group,69.44%in the Long bone-setting group and 91.17%in the combined treatment group. There was no statistical significance in the total effective rate between the transcranial magnetic stimulation group and the Long bone-setting group(P>0.05),and both were significantly lower than the combined treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long's bonesetting combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation could improve the curative effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
