Objective:To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with hot compress therapy with Chinese herbal hot salt bag in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis.Methods:Seventy-two cases were divided into control group and experimental group,36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with warm acupuncture,and the experimental group were combined with hot compress therapy with Chinese herbal hot salt bag.Results:The total effective rate was 72.22％in the control group and 97.22％in the experimental group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate was 30.56％in the control group and 8.33％in the experimental group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of NRS,ODI and PII in the two groups decreased(P＜0.05),and the decrease in the experimental group was more significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with hot compress therapy with Chinese herbal hot salt bag is effective in the treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis,with low recurrence rate.
