Objective:To observe the curative effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction with additional integrants in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:Seventy cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,35 cases in each group.The control group were given mecobalamin tablets while the study group were given Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction with additional integrants.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of median nerve SCV,posterior tibial nerve SCV,sural nerve SCV and common peroneal nerve MCV in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction with additional integrants is effective in treating DPN.
