Objective:To observe the effect of Jinxuan Zhike Fumigation and Washing Powder on mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods:Ninety-five cases were divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine anti-infection after operation.45 cases in the control group were treated with potassium permanganate solution with fumigation and washing after operation while 50 cases in the observation group were treated with Jinxuan Zhike fumigation and washing powder after operation.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS and edema scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The wound healing and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.00％)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.78％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jinxuan Zhike Fumigation and Washing Powder could better relieve postoperative pain and edema of mixed hemorrhoids,reduce inflammatory reaction and promote wound healing and postoperative recovery,with safety.
