Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiaobai Decoction combined with 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of stable vitiligo with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Ninety-six cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with 308 nm excimer light,and the observation group were treated with Xiaobai Decoction in addition.Results:After treatment,the syndrome scores(main symptoms,secondary symptoms,tongue manifestation,total scores),VASI scores,pro-inflammatory factors(IL-17,IFN-γ,TNF-α)of the two groups decreased(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of repigmentation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xiaobai Decoction combined with 308 nm excimer light is effective in the treatment of stable vitiligo with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
