摘要
目的:观察醒脾胶囊联合厚姜半甘参汤治疗功能性腹胀脾虚气滞型的疗效.方法:150例随机分为单一组与联合组各75例.两组均用醒脾胶囊治疗,联合组加用厚姜半甘参汤治疗.结果:总有效率联合组高于单一组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组餐后腹胀、乏力倦怠、大便异常、反酸、食少纳呆、面色萎黄、恶心呕吐等中医证候积分均下降且联合组下降幅度更为显著(P＜0.05).治疗后联合组PRO评分低于单一组而MTL、NPY水平及SF-36评分高于单一组(P＜0.05);随访3个月联合组复发率低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:醒脾胶囊联合厚姜半甘参汤治疗功能性腹胀脾虚气滞型疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xingpi Capsule combined with Houjiang Banganshen Decoction in the treatment of functional abdominal distension with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type.Methods:A total of 150 cases were randomly divided into single group and combined group,75 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Xingpi Capsule,and the combined group were treated with Houjiang Banganshen Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as postprandial abdominal distension,fatigue,abnormal stool,acid reflux,poor appetite,sallow complexion,nausea and vomiting in the two groups decreased,and the decrease in the combined group was more significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the PRO score of the combined group was lower than that of the single group while the MTL,NPY levels and SF-36 scores were higher than those of the single group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than that of the single group after 3 months of follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xingpi Capsule combined with Houjiang Banganshen Decoction is effective in the treatment of functional abdominal distension with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type.
