Objective:To observe the curative effect of Tongbu Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of mild to moderate systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)with spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness and blood stasis.Methods:Seventy-eight cases were divided into 39 cases in the reference group and 39 cases in the study group.Both groups were treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the study group was treated with Tongbu Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of facial erythema,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,joint pain and fatigue in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI),24 h proteinuria(24 hTUP),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Scr)in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).After treatment,complement C3 and complement C4 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tongbu Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of mild to moderate SLE with spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness and blood stasis.
