J Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chushi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of bullous pemphigoid.Methods:Ninety-six cases were randomly divided into the control group(47 cases)and the observation group(49 cases).Both groups were treated with glucocorticoid and the observation group were treated with Chushi Jiedu Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the percentage of eosinophils(EOS％),serum total IgE,hormone dose,skin lesion area,BPDAI score and levels of inflammatory factors C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in the two groups decreased and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Chushi Jiedu Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of bullous pemphigoid.
