摘要

目的:观察止痒洗剂治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎湿热型的临床疗效.方法:96例用简单随机化原则分为治疗组与对照组各48例.治疗组用止痒洗剂治疗,对照组用2％酮康唑洗剂治疗.结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P＜0.05).皮损症状积分治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:止痒洗剂治疗SSD湿热型疗效较好.

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhiyang Lotion in the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis(SSD)of dampness-heat type.Methods:Ninety-six cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with antipruritic lotion while the control group were treated with 2％ketoconazole lotion.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The skin lesion symptom score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Zhiyang Lotion is effective in the treatment of SSD of dampness-heat type.
