Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupoint electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbal wet compress with heating in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods:Seventy-four cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,37 cases in each group.The control group were treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets orally while the study group were treated with acupoint electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbal wet compress with heating.Results:The total effective rate was 94.59%in the study group and 78.38%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and edema scores of the study group were less than those of the control group,and the upper limb motor function was greater than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint electroacupuncture combined with Chinese herbal wet compress with heating is effective in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.
