桂枝芍药知母汤联合通痹胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

摘要
目的:观察桂枝芍药知母汤联合通痹胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效.方法:78例随机分为单药组和治疗组各39例.单药组用通痹胶囊治疗,治疗组用桂枝芍药知母汤联合通痹胶囊治疗.结果:治疗组总有效率高于单药组(P＜0.05),治疗后治疗组中医证候积分、HAQ及DAS28评分均低于单药组(P＜0.05),治疗后两组IL-6、CRP及TNF-α水平均下降而治疗组下降幅度更为显著(P＜0.05),治疗后治疗组BGP、ALP水平高于单药组而RF、ESR水平低于单药组(P＜0.05),治疗后治疗组C3水平高于单药组而IgG、IgM及IgA水平低于单药组(P＜0.05).结论:桂枝芍药知母汤联合通痹胶囊治疗RA疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with Tongbi Capsule on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:Seventy-eight cases were randomly divided into monotherapy group and treatment group,with 39 cases in each group.The monotherapy group were treated with Tongbi Capsule,while the treatment group were treated with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with Tongbi Capsule.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,HAQ and DAS28 scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and TNF-α in both groups decreased,but the decline in the treatment group was more significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of BGP and ALP in the treatment group were higher than those in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05)while the levels of RF and ESR were lower than those in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).The levels of C3 in the treatment group were higher than those in the monotherapy group,and the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA were lower than those in the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with Tongbi Capsule is effective in treating RA.
