活血舒筋汤治疗老年骨质疏松症肾虚血瘀型临床观察

摘要
目的:观察活血舒筋汤治疗老年骨质疏松症肾虚血瘀型的疗效.方法:92例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各46例.对照组用常规抗骨质疏松治疗,实验组用活血舒筋汤治疗.结果:实验组总有效率与骨密度(BMD)、骨钙素(BGP)及骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平高于对照组且中医证候积分、不良反应发生率、腰椎疼痛指数(VAS)与Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:活血舒筋汤治疗老年骨质疏松症肾虚血瘀型效果较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Huoxue Shujin Decoction in the treatment of senile osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:Ninety-two cases were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional anti-osteoporosis treatment while the experimental group were treated with Huoxue Shujin Decoction.Results:The total effective rate and the levels of bone mineral density(BMD),osteocalcin(BGP)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The scores of TCM syndromes,incidence of adverse reactions,lumbar pain index(VAS)and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Shujin Decoction is effective in treating senile osteoporosis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.
