消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生临床观察

摘要
目的:观察消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生的疗效.方法:80例按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组用三苯氧胺治疗,观察组用消乳散结胶囊治疗.结果:总有效率观察组较对照组高(P＜0.05).治疗后两组乳房肿块大小与乳房疼痛评分均下降(P＜0.05),且观察组下降更明显(P＜0.05).随访6个月复发率观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:消乳散结胶囊治疗乳腺增生效果较好,并可减少复发.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsule in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with tamoxifen while the observation group were treated with Xiaoru Sanjie Capsule.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the breast mass size and breast pain score of the two groups decreased(P＜0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 6 months of follow-up(P＜0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoru Sanjie Capsule is effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands and could reduce recurrence.
