血府逐瘀汤加减治疗痛经临床观察

摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗对痛经的临床疗效.方法:86例随机分为对照组41例和观察组45例.对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,观察组给予血府逐瘀汤加减治疗.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P＜0.05),两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:血府逐瘀汤加减治疗痛经临床疗效较好,且不良反应发生率低.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on dysmenorrhea.Methods:Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(45 cases).The control group were treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and the observation group was treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of dysmenorrhea,with low incidence of adverse reactions.
